CHEMIX ConCare Systems was founded in 2007 with a clear intent — to elevate waterproofing and construction-care through engineered systems, disciplined execution, and long-term accountability. At a time when short-term fixes were common, CHEMIX chose a different path, focusing on technical integrity and solutions designed to endure.

2007–2010 | Establishing the Foundation
